When you listen the word Ayurveda many thoughts can cross your mind. Plant medicines, herbs, tree oils, massaging anyone with oil,etc. Are only these called Ayurveda?

What is Ayurveda? 

Ayurveda is an Indian drug therapy introduced thousands of years ago by our sages and saints. It is a precious gift that India has given to the World. Ayurveda was made using ancient plants, raw materials, gold and silver by saints. It is believed that Ayurveda was discovered 5000 years ago. Today, in many countries Ayurveda and yoga are practiced and promoted. It has been proven that Ayurveda is helpful in many of the disease’s. Diabetes, skin deseases, heart disorder, acidity, urine desease, piles, brain disorder, hairfall, pregnancy problem, eye disorder,etc are some of the deseases that are proved to be treated by Ayurveda.
Is Sanskrit, Ayurveda is composed of two words. Ayur+veda, it means the knowledge of Life. What is life?  , How to live desease free and healthy? , What is right in life and what is wrong? All these studies are included in Ayurveda. It is also said that if a person follows and use Ayurveda they can never fall sick and stay fit all life long. The science of life is Ayurveda. The theory and practice of Ayurveda is pseudoscientific. The modern medicines are referred to as “Quackery” by the IMA(Indian Medical Association).
The western consumption of Ayurveda was intrduced by Baba Hari Das in 1970’s and Maharishi Ayurveda in 1980’s. Ayurveda texts in ancient period also mentioned the surgical techniques like rhinoplasty, kidney stone extraction, sutures and the extractions of foreign objects. Ayurveda states that human body is composed of dhatus(tissues), malas(waste) and biomaterials (doshas). It has divided natural substances into five classical elements i,e,. Earth,Water,Fire,Air and Ether. According to researches it is identified that 80% of people in India use Ayurveda with conventional allopathic medicine.

What is Ayurvedic medicine?? 

The medicines manufactured with the help of natural plants and Ayurvedic herbs is called Ayurvedic medicine. Balancing the whole system of body, dietary supplements, Brain development,spirit, etc can be cured by Ayurvedic medicines. Ayurvedic treatment has been a ancient heritage of India. Ayurvedic medicines are available in both raw condition and in tablets and syrups. The study of Ayurveda is also provided in many colleges in India. Ayurveda doctors treat the patients by Ayurvedic medicines only. It has least percentage of side effects as compared to the allopathic or homeopathic.
 We generally use Vicks or cofsils for sore throat but there is an alternative in Ayurveda named kanth sudharak vati. It fastens the improvement in sore throat very rapidly and is better than any other medicine. We often have stomach ache problems and none of the medicine get full rid of it. Rajbati is an Ayurvedic medicine that can definitely help you.
 If you suffer from diarrhoea too often, doctor recommended you to use lopramide and hydrochloride capsules. Bilwadi churna is best Ayurveda alternative for diarrhoea,it definitely works more effectively than any medicine.
When anyone suffers from regular fever they take paracetamol. Instead of paracetamol if you take mahasudarshanghan bati. It will definitely help you.

What is Ayurvedic herbs:- 

Ayurvedic herbs are simply the Ayurvedic plants and their leaves in mostly raw form. Ayurvedic herbs are the most purest form of Ayurveda. There are hundreds of Ayurvedic herbs that give benefit to your body. People are mostly fond of some herbs like Ashwagandha, Brahmi, Triphala, Neem, Alow vera,etc. But to be noted that Ayurveda consists of way more than that and has solution for every desease in the world.
Every herb have different benefits and positive points. The consumption of Ayurvedic herbs also lead to a healthy and divine life for a person. Even the treatment of cancer is also available in Ayurvedic herbs. Herbs detoxifies our body and blood, smoothes the functioning of lever, keep skin and hair healthy.

Ayurveda and our life energy:- 

Ayurveda and our day to day life are somewhere connected smoothly. We do yoga or exercise that all are included in an Ayurveda form. Ayurveda provides energy to our body and lifestyle. The most surprising part of Ayurveda is that a single medicine of herb has the power to cure many different deseases.
Let’s take an example of chandra prabha vati. It is a pill manufactured by Patanjali you can find in market. It is generally advised to take chandra prabha vati after the age of 40. It keeps you away from blood pressure, nervous system disorder, memory loss problem, body pain,etc. Another medicine, Shilajit is also capable of improving numerous heath issue. One pill of Shilajit with one glass of milk can cure sexual problems, often cold, nervous system weakness, body pain, body weakness,etc. Chyawan prash, it can also be taken for many deseases and for a healthy life. Children’s can also eat chyawan prash with milk it is good in taste also.
If we look into Ayurveda our current lifestyle has become too lazy. People often spend their time on mobile and internet. Children wakeup very late and that’s the reason they often fall sick. If you follow the Ayurvedic routine then we confirm you that you will never fall sick so badly and will stay healthy all life long. Definitely there are some side effects of consuming Ayurveda but they can be ignored over it’s benefits.
So, above are all the features and information about the Ayurveda, Ayurvedic herbs, Ayurvedic medicine and our lifestyle. Everyone should try to use Ayurveda atleast for some time and observe the benefits of it. Ayurveda doctors are too less compared to that of allopathic and homeopathic. A student can also study Ayurveda as it has a good scope in India. The majority of the medicines that we consume for any illness has a foreign origin. Ayurveda is developed in India and has many benefits over other medicines. We should try to use Ayurveda as it is made in India it will grow our country also.
