- Take raw Cumin seeds and crush them on low heat. When you feel the aroma of Cumin, add your desired vegetables of soup. It will be beneficial for your immune system.
- Another popular way of using Cumin is with fennel seeds. Mix both Cumin seeds and fennel seeds with turmeric and black pepper to it. You have to drink this by adding 1 tablespoon in water after your meals.
