• Neem tablets are also available in the market. Baidyanath and Patanjali are the two popular companies that manufacture it’s tablets. You can take 2 tablets per day (1 in the morning and 1 in the evening) with warm water.
 
•  If you are taking tablets you should not consume it within 30 minutes of your meals. After 30 minutes you can take it any form.
 
•  Neem powder, it is much more beneficial and effective than the tablets. The powder of neem is too bitter in taste but the most fruitfull.
 
•  The doses of neem differ on the basis of deseases it is being used. Like, if you are taking it for leprosy the doses will be high. While you are consuming if for appetite the dose should be comparatively low.

Side effects of Neem:-

Undoubtedly there are some contradictions in Neem. All the substances that are being eaten in this world have atleast some minor negative points. Ayurveda believes that there no any type of side effects in using the herbs but some researches say it has. So, it’s our duty to mention the side effects and some precautions while taking Neem.
• Firstly, you should not consume Neem regularly for a long period of time. You have take if for some months and then have short interval and then again start consumption.
 
• In the condition of pregnancy, the women must not use neem in any state without under the supervision of a doctor. Taking Neem while in pregnancy can lead to abortion.
 
• If a lady is breast feeding a child, she should not consume Neem. It can mix up with milk and give a bitter taste to the child.
 
• Neem can lead to dryness in our body. You must not use it for a long time. You should consult an Ayurveda doctor before taking it.

The fruit of Neem forms an olive like structure shaping from elongate oval to nearly roundish. Neem has the elasticity to grow in any type of soil, though produces best in well drained and sandy soils. It can tolerate high to high temperatures but not below 4°C. Neem is also known as nimtree or indian lilac.
