  • In the disease of night blindness, you have to mix the paste of Punarnava roots with onion juice and filter it with neat cloth. You have to take 3 drops of it twice a day in your eyes.
  • As a normal consumption, you can chew the leaves of Punarnava after washing it and throw out the spit.
  • Taking Punarnava with honey is also effective for diseases.
  • You can also prepare a powder of it and mix it in milk and drink as per your requirement.
  • The tablets of Punarnava is also available in the market. Himalaya, baidyanath and Patanjali are good manufacturers of it.

Side effects of Punarnava:-

Expecting only benefits from a particular substance or medicine is not a very good job. If you want some benefits then in the bonus you will definitely get some disadvantages of it.
