How to use Ajwain :-
- The most effective way of using Ajwain is to prepare an Ajwain water. Boil water and add 2 tablespoons of Carom seeds into it and let it boil for more 4-5 minutes. Now, you can wait for sometime and then drink it.
- Ajwain water is most beneficial in stomach ache and gastritis problem.
- You can use it two times a day if taking with warm water.
- Direct consumption of seeds is also good as the taste of Ajwain is also appealing.
- Children should not be given Carom seeds more than 1 time per day.
- The capsules and tablets are also available for Ajwain seeds. You can have if you want.
- 2 tablets per day, one in the morning and one in the night before sleeping.
Side effects of Ajwain:-
- Children should not be given Carom seeds more than once a day. That too under a doctor’s prescription.
- Pregnant women should also avoid taking Carom seeds as it can lead to problems at the time of delivery.
- It has been found in some cases that regular consumption of Ajwain led to higher sugar levels.
- It can also lead to excess loss of weight if you consume if for more than 3 months regularly.
